THE SHORT ANSWER
The easiest Halloween weed brownies skip the cannabutter. Bake one box of dosed brownie mix, cut it into its labeled servings before you decorate, then turn each serving into a truffle eyeball, a graveyard bar or a dirt cup. Every piece stays one known dose. Label everything, keep infused treats far from the candy bowl, and serve them only to adults 21 and over.
The one rule that makes all three work
Portion first, decorate second. A 100mg box of our Double Chocolate Brownie Mix makes 10 servings of 10mg each (a 250mg box makes 10 servings of 25mg, for experienced guests only). The label is only true if the pan is split evenly — so cut 10 equal pieces, or weigh the whole pan and divide by 10, before anything else happens. Decorating never changes a dose. Uneven portioning does.
The mix is just-add-water: bake it per the box directions and let it cool completely before you start.
Recipe 1: Truffle eyeballs
Makes 10 · one 10mg serving each (100mg box).
- Divide the cooled brownies into 10 equal portions and roll each into a ball.
- Melt 8 oz white chocolate. Dip each ball, set it on parchment and chill until firm.
- Finish with a candy eye or a dot of icing for the iris. Everything on the outside is un-infused.

Recipe 2: Graveyard bars
Makes 10 · one serving per bar.
- Bake in a lined pan, cool, and cut into 10 equal bars before decorating.
- Top each bar with crushed chocolate cookie "soil" and a cookie "tombstone" piped with a name.
- Add a squiggle of green icing for vines. Serve each bar on its own small plate.
Recipe 3: Dirt cups
Makes 10 · one serving per cup.
- Crumble each of the 10 portions into its own small clear cup.
- Layer with un-infused chocolate pudding and crushed chocolate cookies.
- Plant a cookie tombstone on top. The only infused layer is the brownie crumble — keep it that way.
Skip the candy garnishes that look like candy-bowl candy — no gummy worms or wrapped sweets on infused treats. Nothing dosed should ever look like something a trick-or-treater would grab.
The adults-only rules
- 21+ only, always. Serve infused treats where kids and trick-or-treaters can't reach them — never on the candy table.
- Label every tray: "infused · 10mg per piece · 21+." Keep infused and regular desserts on separate, clearly marked trays.
- One piece is one serving. Edibles take 30 minutes to 2 hours to kick in, so tell guests to wait before reaching for a second.
- Go easy with the punch — alcohol and THC stack. Nobody who's had an edible should drive.
