THE SHORT ANSWER
Benevolent Bakery's last day to order hemp-derived Delta-9 THC products online is Friday, December 11, 2026, at 11:59 PM Central. We ship Monday through Friday. The dates that matter
| Date | What it means |
|---|---|
| Wednesday, Nov 18 | Last day to order for Thanksgiving delivery |
| Friday, Dec 11, 11:59 PM Central | Online orders close for hemp-derived Delta-9 products |
| Every order until then | Free shipping on orders $60+ |
Where do you ship?
Everywhere in the U.S. except Colorado, Idaho and Wyoming. Orders ship from our Midwest warehouse Monday through Friday, except major holidays, and every order requires age verification (21+) at checkout.
Why order early?
December is the slowest shipping month of the year, and every hemp seller in the country is working toward the same deadline. The earlier you order, the less your order depends on carrier delays — and the better the odds your favorite mix is still in stock.
What if something's wrong with my order?
Our refund policy doesn't change. If you're not satisfied, email hello@benevolentbakery.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number — there's no need to send anything back. (Limit two refunds per household per year.)
Why is this happening?
A federal law passed in November 2025 redefines hemp starting December 11, 2026: it counts total THC and caps finished products at 0.4mg of THC per container. Our mixes, like nearly every hemp THC product, are well above that. The full explainer is here.
Is Benevolent Bakery going away?
No. The federal change ends our hemp-derived online line, not the bakery. Our licensed products stay on dispensary shelves in the states where we're licensed — find a location — and we're working on what comes next for the online store. Our email list hears about it first.

Must be 21+ to purchase. Benevolent Bakery sells hemp-derived Delta-9 THC products that meet the current federal definition of hemp (no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight). That definition changes on December 11, 2026, and our online orders close December 11 at 11:59 PM Central. We can't ship to Colorado, Idaho or Wyoming. Keep infused products away from children and pets, and don't drive after consuming. Nothing here is medical or legal advice.
